Creating Dashboards in Domo

Objective:

Create cross channel dataset to build reporting dashboards that will monitor KPI and media performance on a channel, creative, audience, and targeting tactic level

Methodology:

Used various API connections in Domo to collect raw data for Programmatic Search and Social channels.

    • Snowflake API
    • Facebook API
    • Campaign Manager API
    • DV360 API
    • Email Connector

Built recursive datasets to collect historical data and created sub-datasets for each channel. Sub-datasets unioned data from various site partners and joined data at creative levels.

Result:

Created over 20 reporting dashboards using the cross-channel dataset, eliminating manual reporting for the media team. In addition, the client has up-to-date performance for weekly optimizations.
